Chef Chez Vous was created from a desire to share thoughtfully crafted food in spaces that feel personal.

After graduating from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and working in Michelin-recognized kitchens throughout Vancouver, I set out to bring that same level of care and precision into more intimate settings.

Each evening is designed for small, meaningful gatherings, where the atmosphere feels relaxed, the details are handled, and the experience unfolds naturally.

Chef Chez Vous is currently in a four-month pilot phase.

During this period, a limited number of evenings are available at a reduced rate while I continue refining service flow, pacing, and the overall private dining experience.

This is not a trial version of the service, it is a fully executed private dining experience offered at a pilot rate before standard pricing takes effect.

Availability is limited, and pricing will adjust following this phase.
